Hey lowes people.I am an appliance specialist.I have been with lowes less than a year.Today the new spiffs were posted and i am in total shock.It seems that almost everything is half of what is was.The Whirlpool laundry ,all of the front load washers and dryers,fridges its on almost every key thing we sell.How can they do this?There was no communication from anybody other than an email stating that the new spiff list is posted in the 1 10 screen.While i realize i make a good living as a specialist this seems to be unfair to cut someones income this much with no communication from above. thanks

Thats because part of the spiffs are now going to Lowes instead of the employees. At least thats what our applicance guys are saying.
