schedule for "next two weeks" appears on OCT 27, will be off rotations for the holidays so your normal scheduled rotation might not be the same.

Is the star service ambassador the Same as customer service manager (CSM) or Star service manager (SSM). It seems they keep changing the name. Thx Smile

yup.. same thing.... they just relieve some of the gsm's duties such as making change, being manager on duty (having the phones), assist with customers, payout stims , so that the gsm's have more time to coach associates .. they usually have the worst shifts such as closing on one day sales, working all weekends, and closing most of the time.

so what else are they gonna screw us out of? If taking a lunch wasn't a state law, they'd probably have us work straight through our shifts.

I noticed they had me working 5 days next week. Sorry, I don't work 5 days.

Same here, and I don't work 5 days either. EVER!

MLBeast or anyone that knows, whatever happened to knowing our schedule 9 days in advance and it not being changed w/o our permission once it is on insite?

maycylady......even though it states that schedules are subject to change, it is not right to change a person's schedule without telling them first!!

we never change a schedule in our store after they have dropped unless one of us has spoken to the associate.

ML, our manager has a habit of changing schedules at the last minute without telling us.

i don't work 5 days in one week either, tho on my long weekend on, i DO end up working 5 days in a row....and i hate it !!! i work thur, fri, sat, (now a different week- tell that to my body ...ugh) sun , mon.

i have gone over and over this w/ my manager and have told him it is not fair that another part time day person has a similar schedule but doesn't do the 5 in a row...if she DOES, she NEVER works a long saturday.

i am supposed to be going to another dept in a few weeks (yay. my old dept which i loved). he's either gonna make a fuss about it and say i can't go or he Will let me go. when he asks me, i'm gonna tell him ONE of the reasons is that he is NOT fair w/ the scheduling.

MLBeast, I still have the piece of paper stating that our schedules will be available on Insight no later than NINE days in advance, and also that once your schedule is posted on Insite, it CANNOT be changed w/o your permission. But it keeps happening anyway, no schedule until the last minute, and then it changes from day to day! That is not fair!

This is why I'm glad my fixed day off is Monday; they can't work me 5 in a row.

We've got a gal who has a 37.50 week and there are time when the weeks overlap, she works 6 days in a row. We try and help her by trading days.

Norma, make sure your score card is an A+ or your store manager might not let you transfer (like mine did)
