I made my first trip to Lowe's since I became an apartment dweller yesterday and I just wanted to say it was one hell of a good experience. Even though they didn't have the small object I needed (neither has anyone else so far) I was helped by three different associates in not only trying to find it but in designing a possible substitute for it.
Everyone in the store was helpful, courteous and highly professional and the associates that I dealt with seemed genuinely to be as disappointed as I was that I couldn't find what I was looking for.
Since I'm no longer a homeowner, I'm not that into Home Improvement stuff anymore but if I were, I think I know where I'd do my shopping.

Glad you had a positive experience. What part or piece are you looking for? Did anyone check out Grainger for you?

It is always great to hear the good stories after hearing all of the bad ones. Glad you had a good one and that there were so many associates that helped and tried to find what you needed.
