Hello,
I was just offered into the Kohl's Assistant Store Manager MIT program. Can anyone tell me what the training is like?
What is it like to be an ASM for Kohl's? Is it hard? Stressful? Is it a lot of hands on store work or is it more administrative behind the scenes work? If anyone could give me advice i would appreciate it. Thanks!
also i was told i would work 45-55 hr work weeks.
