After a three week stuggle I was Finaly given a green light on background... and Given a Solid offer...... Time to Give notice to the Orange box...... Thanks Everyone !!!!!!

I've been waining over a week to get my background check approved... Got interviews out of thew way.. Drug test is fine.. HR does not know why its taking so long....... Does anybody know what they are looking for.... Ive got one felony (However I was hired at Lowes before, now working at Home Depot) No new charges........
Now HR is telling me my SSN has a problem, whats up with these people, same SSN I was born with Pay Taxes with, Have worked at Lowes before with????? Anybody else have this problem or is the HR telling me a story

shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks. Of course it also depends on how severe and how old that felony is. I mean you worked for the Blue once with it, the SM I guess could over ride any corporate decision if corporate is saying no because of the felony

i also was just hired and by background check took about 3 days but my drug test took about a week

It has now been over two weeks, what the hell is wrong with this place????? HR is not doing there job... latest responce sorry, still pending.... isint it possible pick up the phone and find out wat the problem is.... Im tempted to say **** it and stay at Home Depot..... Great job...... Give me a L give me a O give me a W do I here a ES blowes

Ah, the Home Depot cheer. Makes ya wanna crawl under the 2x4 stacks. Why do ypu wanna leave Depot? I'm sick of the 2% raises! Guess i just stick up for myself too much.
