| Just to set the record straight. If anyone does have an intrest in me all i want to say is that i am happily with the person i am with and we have been together for 5 years now and are planning to get married next year. So please if anyone has intrests in me besides wanting to post or debate with me i cant help ya. | |

hahah. Your'e funny. I wish you worked at my store. There are not many jokers at my store. My managers are really by the book so we can't joke around with them either. It's not like they are mean (well at times it does seem like it) they just seem distant and really strict. Hey unhappy are you a master at anything else. Whoot whoot "here's looking at you kid"

Absolutely correct, as usual by Diss. I could not agree more. The phrase "Stores Own Sales" may sound corny, but it is NOW true. Hold your local store management to it. Make them do their jobs, and encourage them to make district and corporate do thier jobs.... Everybody works, everybody wins.... it's that simple I hope the moderators approve of my my all bold usage, because I think everything I said above is important. |

| SM very well put, I do wish you luck. I am sure where ever you go you will do great. For not being with the company long you are show alot of awareness and feelings to the long term employees. I see the same fear in the twenty and so years that some of my coworkers have in. I am one that will say what I mean. I do not care if I get fired I will go down for something I feel very strong about. I have always said that the morale at the store is like a bad marriage it just keeps snowballing into a crisis stage. I do not let it take up space in my head at work though just enjoy the people I work with that are not management level. They are still the same old group. I too just keep sending out resumes. I am being picky I do not want to work for a big company. | |

Thanks RP, I know that was not easy for you to write.
I believe attitude is everything. I don't think everything the company does is the right thing, but I don't get asked my opinion....so I have a choice. My choice is to stay, work hard and make some $$$.......and my attitude affects the $$$ I make. |
