i'm in 71, and luckily we don't have a draw. we get paid minimum wage no matter what. luckily, there is no draw for us. honestly, if there were, division 71 would lose almost every knowledgable person there. I'm a part timer and have been at sears in this department for almost a year, but how can my one year at sears in this department even compare to some of these guys that have been here for over 20 years??? i can almost guarentee that if there was a draw (at least in my store) all of these full timers that make our department what is is, would leave to find jobs where there is a marketplace year round.
