In our district prior to last year these employees made very good money now they can barely afford to pay the gas to come to work

I'm a part timer and have been at sears in this department for almost a year, but how can my one year at sears in this department even compare to some of these guys that have been here for over 20 years??? i can almost guarentee that if there was a draw (at least in my store) all of these full timers that make our department what is is, would leave to find jobs where there is a marketplace year round.
