Another Insider Trading Scandal- Acxiom/ESL connection?

This caught my eye because it is not only another insider trading scandal involving an investment fund but involves a company where SHLD/Eddie/ESL have been doing business with.

The ' coincidence ' of this is that ESL/RBS/Eddie had a confidential stake or holding of Acxiom stock in 2007 when the crap hit the fan on this company.

This is just another discovered or exposed scandal. Think about all the crap that goes by without repercussion. Business as usual...

I've been yelling about this ever since it happened, here, to the media and in formal queries to the FTC and the SEC. I filed my first queries to both agencies over two years ago and was pretty much roundly ignored, getting only those little "We will be unable to advise you of any ongoing investigations..." form letters.

Obviously, someone with a little more horsepower then me finally got someone to at least look at the situation... either that or it simply took an administration change before anyone cared to do something.
