Wow these past 3 years have been a ride!

I remember my first day of the job was so cool. I enjoyed goin to work....then time past and all the B.S started to smell.


I feel a peace with in me lol


I got a WAY better job somewere off. I am goin to miss all the associates but not the management



Ill miss you all, ill still be around Thumbs Up

Oh I will, Like I said Sears was my first real job. I got hired at 16, im now 18. I got hired back in 2007 lol Rolling Eyes

Tust me, this is a good forum for sears employees. To bad not alot of people know about it. Confused

Good luck fluff! I'm always glad to hear someone getting paroled! It's not that associates don't know of this forum, most don't post out of fear. Believe me, management is on here checking this out. Some even have threatened disapline if they found out who you were. Good luck to you!

Good Luck in your jobs and pursuits after Sears.

Yes life does exist outside of Sears and their way is not the only way.

You learned a major lesson early in your working career- don't get comfortable like that was ever possible.
