Since the Sears FLS changed their BC commission rates TGI had to come up with a new structure also, and this is it!!!
3%---On all high end / low margin merchandise like GE Monogram, Viking, Thermador, etc.
Example 5000.00 Built-In Frig 150.00 pay
5%---On all National brands like all Kenmore, Maytag, Whirlpool, GE, KitchenAid, Amana, Frigidaire, etc.
Example 1100.00 Maytag Frig 55.00 pay
7%---On all Kenmore Elite Products
Example 1700.00 Elite Frig 85.00 pay
9%---On all Kenmore Elite Landury HEt. HE3, Calypso, Catalyst, etc.
Example 1299.99 HE3t washer 117.00 pay
This makes total since why didn't sears come up with this???
The appliance guys at the 20 TGI stores should do pretty well with this plan, if the stores can stay open there is only 2 profitable TGI stores out of 20!!!!!!

Why do they justify paying the Great Indoors so much more money then us. I just do not get it! We are older more professional employees. At ourr store we get constant complaints of the service they get at the new great indoors by us. The thing that gets customers more then anything is how they deny being any part of Sears. I guess we got raped so they could pay them more. Or is Mr Lacy praying he gets one to work

The Great Indoors was a profit disaster from day one. They spoon fed the first couple and spent of ton of capital monies that got no tangible results. It was another eye wash project to buy Martines and Lacy a few more years so they could bs their handpicked board of dictators that they were onto something that would save the company. Another loser. GFG .

TGI is a classic example of how profitable a retail organization can be when it spends money like it's going out of style. Notice that no new TGI stores are being planned at this time? I wonder why.
