Here's another lawsuit that needs some follow-up
A lawsuit was filed by managers for unpaid overtime in that they were used for hourly tasks that hourly workers got paid overtime for .
Again this is an older suit but not all the management problems and or mentality left with Nardelli .NOW in poor financial times you will start to see DESPERATION and your management wether it be at the store or district level might very well have been influenced by or mentored by the very same people or mentality in these suits .

Another unpaid overtime suit against Home Depot from managers in Illinois.

Apparently ASMs are required to work a 55 hour week. Suit says they were 'misclassified' to avoid overtime payments. Termination & salary reductions followed if an 11 hour shift wasn't worked.
