They keep having town hall meetings in my store with the regional HRs.
One of the "issues" we addressed in the last one was that the town hall meetings don't resolve anything. The HRs were offended by this statement. Said they needed proof and documentation to actually do anything about problems in the store. I say they are useless ticks on the back of a corporation that can't afford people who don't do anything. Even when they have documentation they don't do anything. Has anyone out there had good experiences with an HR?
