Anyone have any news on holiday hours? Only thing I have heard is we will open at 5am the day after Thanksgiving instead of 6am.

I know some stores -- I think it was Kohl's -- opened at THREE FREAKIN' O'CLOCK in the morning on Black Friday.
Why don't we just remain open all day Thanksgiving and overnight?
I am so not looking forward to the open-til-midnight shifts.

Unless you're selling items at $10.00 Wal-Mart prices, I doubt anyone will be camping out in the Macy's parking lot!

are you FU*KING KIDDING ME ???????????????
i knew it. i just knew it. when we opened at 6 am last year and i saw other stores opening at 5, i knew macy's would have to follow suit. all the nutjobs camp out in front of best buy and places like that for bargains. of course there are always those macy's nutcase customers who want everything for nothing.
they are truly crazy. glad i usually don't work a.m.'s. if i was scheduled that early i would NOT show up. period. end of story.

i could care less if I could get it cheaper at stupid-mart. I'd rather buy it at Macy's! I can't stand to go into Wal-Mart and haven't in several months.

yes it is true for the east division. all stores are opening at 5am. there are some stores like mine that never opened that early, but for the sake of advertising i think...all stores are opening at that time. it is crazy.

Macy's says they do everything for the sake of advertising! Is that the same as the ODS when we are open till 11 and they don't even MENTION it in their ads???

Everytime they advertise closing at 10 or 11 pm. We always close an hour early. My store is always excluded, because we are always slow at night, but busy in the day.
