Has anyone seen our profit sharing so far this year we are stilll waiting was out March last year . Would be nice as want to redo floor in kitchen and was expecting it we have heard diddly. Also could someone out there tell me if they carry a drinking tap single one not the one by Rainfresh as I have people looking for better than that please send me sku.

| I believe profit sharing is determined by each individual store, it basically depends on whether your store meets yearly sales expectation. But that's just what my store manager has said, but keep in mind I work for a brand new store that has only been open for a month and a couple of weeks, and the manager was hired from outside of RONA so he doesn't know all the policies. | |

Yea isnt it awesome? Even though you're probably working just as hard as people at other stores... you get screwed over because your store is doing bad! Gotta love it!

Wish people would realize that it cost me just as much as them to live. Maybe there should be a place for us to bitch about customers like they do us. Just once I would like to take there papers and put them at the back of the office all mixed up so they can clean them up
