Strange math on the PPA's

Is anyone seeing real low scores on the PPA's this go around? We started to get ours on monday and so far the highest is a 2.5 that only few of us got most are getting a 2.0. During my sit down with the SM [who has done mine for the last 3 yrs] I was told that I got a 2.5 due to lack of dept budget recived a 2 on that line, we all realised that we i got this one that the only way it would make it was with a few "hail mary" sales so cant raise a stink about that. But what realy hit me was that it was said that " I hope that we dont get in to troble over the way the opps mgr and I did the math" but after seeing what my pay per hr was going to be who cares put my name on the line and left only later to rember that in the past I have gotten one "2" in a cattorgy before and still got an overall score of 3.
Got called back about 6 hrs latter buy the SM and told that my raise was figured wronge and we needed to talk about it. While the SM was pulling my paper work out of the file I saw a new pay rate sheet made out with only the new 2.5 that we are all getting. WTF? just sat and stared while listning to the song and dance about it never said a word and finely the SM pulled out the first one and put his signature on it and told me that it would more than likeley be kicked back. WTF I work hard and have never asked for any kind of raise and have done what ever it takes to do the job why should I feel now that someone has droped his pants and taken a big stinking crap on me and not even getting paid $14.00perhr. I can relate, I only got 2.5 % as well and as far as a anual I was told I did not qualify, which I know is crap. It seems lowes is getting alittle HD like with the raises... Good Luck By the way my PPA was 4.
