No raises since 2001 other than cost of living keep being told that Iam at the top of pay scale, what a reason to work harder. Only hope to get to jet around fixxing a store after all we don,t have money for raises. Please don,t tell me that Iam sick of hearing it as the rebuild crew leaves for home over the weekend

Yeah, the raises pretty much stop after a few years for regular sales people. TL's still get paid up every year as well as managers, I'm sure.
I wonder what kind of raises the reno crew get? Another advantage to being on that team is that you have more exposure, aka-the vp's and such see you more and you get noticed for your work alot faster than if you're just in one store all the time, mixed in with the crowd. If you're looking to advance with Rona, the reno crew is probably the way to go. If you like living out of hotels
btw, Welcome! it's great to see someone in hear from back east! Keep posting!

I was fired for essentially protesting the same thing. Granted that my protest consisted of direct inaction rather than action, but the lack of a progressive wage scale was the meat of the matter.

I couldn't find a reason to work at all, so I didn't and actually got away with it for a few years. Yay inept management!
But seriously, a company with little regard for loyalty deserves little in return. It's grounds for a work-to-rule campaign IMO.

I agree 100%
I am also at the "top" of the pay scale and have been told for the past three years not to expect a pay raise other than cost of living, which is usually about $0.20 per hour.
Unfortunatly for Rona, 20 cents just doesn't inspire me to get my ass in gear.
