HD Friends, The Associated Press yesterday reported on a Class Action lawsuit against HD certified by the court alleging merchandise assistant managers working 55 hours weekly with over 50% of their duties that of an hourly worker were not being compensated overtime against State law. Are these laws different in Calif than the rest of the country? Are other retailers similiarily at risk? Would be interesting to hear from some of you folks intimately involved!
