earned trust? They kept me on payroll and have given me two promotions and two raises in just one and a half years. Today I'm treated better than ever, even though I'm expected to do way way more work than before.

well....... i think its all the additude of the person, some of our managers our great and actually make you feel good... others make you wonder why you even came to work today... and you can't very well say something to them because they always take it the wrong way.
