I've done a bit of thinking (yes, very bloody unusual exercise for me  ) since my last post in this thread and will have to agree with JL. School, college, Uni, Corporate building monitors do not have to lecture classes or meetings to have the right to keep order on their turf. Football referees do not have to play the game to rule it.
I'll retract my prior post regarding mods having to post in order to be recognized. We all know who you are by now and can explain it to the newcomers. Keep doing the good job.

Shouldn't there also be a Moderator with a Company voice too? Consider him or her the "diverse" candidate. You don't want them all to be pro-union do you?
