OF course he will be allowed back if this site tries to only allow a certain type of persaon to visit this site it will only create more strife between people. This site should be and does sound to be open to pretty much everyone. Trust me if they try and ban to many people and throw their wait around people will just stop showing up. The reason why the original retailwork.com was so popular was because the retailworker person did very little to stop certain people from posting. They were smart enough to discover that and let things work themselves out naturally and i hope the people running this site are able to follow in his footsteps.

To whom it may concern? ... attack the idea not the person.

Personal attacks will not be tolerated!

UH, this a inflammatory remark and qualifies as disruptive. Please keep on topic, attack the idea as much as you want, but not the person.

The guidelines are for the comfort of everyone.

That makes one of you. Where will you go?

Crappy_retail_job isn't synonymous with sears.

I am amazed that this many workers haven't organized. It does take your breath away and there are sacrifices but it has to begin somewhere.

it is not just sears, it is all retail that has taken away the future for real income earning...it will take something of monumentous proportions to organize something retail wide and actually have some effect.

i have something else lined up soon
