How is your store handling the changes for this last quarter? The customers are complaining about the HUB, associates hate it, they have no one to call most of the time. Maybe Lambert will see the error of Lacy's ways... and reopen it.

They at least have a customer service counter that customers can go to. It's a start!

Extermnte -any familiarity with this lawsuit/case since it's from the NY area.
http://www.courts.state.ny.us/reporter/3dseries/2006/2006_52094.htm

Case involves broken display patio furniture in a NY store.Interesting & easy read for a legal document.Display patio furniture broke or fell apart on shopper. The SGM and ASM really couldn't give definative dates as to assembly. The SGM also threw out case related materials-sounds like destroying evidence to me.The only people that seemed honest or definative were the lp lead and the associate.

And with 'fresh start target ready' going on-BE very carefull when assembling or doing pogs, remember your safety and the public's safety have priority.Safety first, the rush comes last.

Lambert is the one that shifted our call centers overseas he won't see an error, he is too arrogant along with the rest of the dopes that work in Sears management.

Big M state here,,,,,,, but I do travel around the New England states (and a lot of the rest of the country) and visit other stores. And I am not sure if i have ever met an employee that was not depressed,,,,, or worked in a depressed store. lol
We are all in the same boat..... remember, all the management from the bottom up gets their orders up the ladder..... so don't hold it against your local managers........ they are only following orders........ (well there are a few duds) lol but i am lucky to have a good dept mgr as well as store mgr.

Witnessed a KMart Employee trying to sell a display set of outdoor patio furniture a couple of weeks back that probably wouldn't have supported a 5 year old. The wicker was frayed beyond belief. Kicker was, it was an AD item , and was the last one of three the store had in stock. It needed to be pitched, not sold.
Talk about a lawsuit waiting to happen.
