They Take anybody just visit your local Target and look at the Managers they Take any one. ( This is just in fun since it seems no one uses this forum)
Serious if you have that much experience they will take you as a team leader
they dont pay great to start be better off going to Home Depot or Menards or lowes

NOT worth the aggravation/frustration. 99% of the people who work there are VERY unhappy. (I know; I'm CURRENTLY one of them.) They tell you about open positions; you apply for them and then they don't even have the decency to let you know the outcome .... That happened recently ... found out from the "hired" employee that she had the job. Nice, ha?

Target's ONLY focus is instant credits and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Definitely has gone downhill over the years (I worked for them in 1999 in NH in a managerial position and have seen a HUGE decline). Besides getting "instant credits", you must (as a cashier) obtain a speed of "87"; that's your "speed" at the lanes. The UNFAIR part of the timing is that you could be done in 2 seconds but IF the Guest is taking his or her time finding their money, deciding which credit card to use, etc., your time is "still" running which means you get an "R" and in Target, that's NOT good. I REFUSE to rush people through the lanes ... I think that's HORRIBLE Guest Service.

Good luck if you decide to pursue this further ... you have been forewarned!
