For those who believe that God is all knowing and all powerful and that we have freewill i have a question to ask.
If god knows that someone is going to hell and does nothing about it is god morally culpable or limited in his abilities?

GOD is perfect - the question you ask is not perfect - we humans are imperfect with imperfect intellect - our reasoning is imperfect - if we were perfect you could ask that question - but we are NOT - I for one will not question GOD - but I will question Alan Lacy - we are both imperfect

"God is perfect" If God is perfect then what is perfection? Could you please define it for me?

No matter how educated, experienced, or wise I could ever become in my lifetime, I could never fathom the beauty, the value, or the knowledge of perfection - remember when man thought earth was flat, then we thought earth was the center of the universe, and discoveries more recently that there are more moons around Jupiter and other discoveries since this - the more we learn, the smaller our world becomes - at the onset, we thought our world was the greatest in existence -we are but microscopic in the scheme of things - I cannot define perfection - I will never know it in my lifetime

If you cannot define perfection then where does the word come from and why do we try and define the word?

The original meaning of perfect is "complete; thorough; utter". Originating from Middle English perfit, from Old French parfit, from Latin perfectus, past participle of perficere, to finish.
As for your last question, "..why do we try and define the word?", the reason escapes me. This word is way overdefined as it is and people are still trying to define it. I understand the Eskimos have eleven words for "snow", but this "quest for perfection" is getting to be ridiculous.

I remember when I thought I looked a lot like a chimp... then I remember I evolved from one.

That's a common misconception.
Humans did not evolve from, they share a common ancestor with.

I submit this definition taken from www.dictionary.com : http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=perfect
words are only an attempt to describe what we wish to communicate - even then, when defining perfect, we are again imperfect in our attempt - the best we as humans can strive for is attempt to progress towards perfection - we have come a long way from infantile grunting, cooing, and gurgling - we have come a long way from creation - well, we do have one high hurdle to overcome - Eve falling to satan's temptation, Adam falling to Eve's temptation - and the grand faux paux of all time - Adam telling GOD it was his fault for giving Eve to him after trying to blame it all on Eve - the it wasn't my fault and I didn't know defense
