The International Association of Sears Employees (TIASE)

I have to admit I don't know much about what's gone on in these Sears forums before. But I heard about this once or twice before and I had to ask:

Are you folks serious about starting your own independent employee association/union/lobby-group/whatnot?

Because if you are, such a thing can and has been done.

I don't know what your intentions are, though. Maybe you don't yet, either.

Anyway, I just wanted to flag that issue at least. At minimum, I think it is an interesting idea for a website, if you are planning on keeping it running in addition to this one.

Robbie_dee, let's nurture this sapling to a strong, healthy tree first. Time will tell what branches develop. I'll keep TIASE up as long as needed.
