My store has really gone down hill in the last several weeks..
Full time people, with years of service, being shafted with low hours. New people being hired in to replace their cut hours Benefits across the board (no salesfloor assoc. gets 35 hrs) Associates bickering (AND USUALLY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS) Overall lack of professionalism has tanked. Managers hide in their offices (except for 2 out of 
Some days overstaffed but most days UNDERSTAFFED (even on Sat) No incentives for getting charge apps anymore, big bite. Mass exits of valued employees..
