I'm surprised this really hasn't hit the news that much outside of the financial sector.

To make a long story short this man Rajaratnam who is charged with insider trading going back several years

The man is rich...one of the richest in the country...last year he was worth 1.8 billion. Yeah he's not bill gates but come on now that's a pretty large amount of cash to do things with...

Ok insider trade so you figure we've heard this before (martha stewart...etc) so what did he spend this on...

Try terrorism... I don't mean the companies policies I mean he actually donated money to a non profit that has ties to terrorism

It's just another of the long lists of examples that wealth in the US today is not earned, it's stolen.

A guy who has his hands in this much like it's nothing tell me there is alot more where this came from along with business as usual. I forget the actual findings but wasn't there airline stock shorting just before 9/11. To me this is how alot of those stocks could've been shorted by a third party.

Did they ever get names?
