I was just reading a few of J. C. Penney's quotes. Here are a few.

Outstanding !!!
That sums up what Sears once was as was Penney's. The key there beside service is that of a return customers-who hasn't been abused and blugeoned to death to buy a PA,credit and actually got what the came for including good service. Man, those standards are too high for this crew. |

But they are and is why the US economy is in the crapper today. Stockholder 'value' should be a side effect of the condition of the business now the business suffers from the side effects of stock price. |
