NO, CSM is another former title for Customer Service Managers, and SSM was Selling and Service Manager, good guesses, though...

I've heard it's true that the associates moving to jewelry for the holiday season aren't getting bonuses this year. However, I still cannot get a straight answer on whether we really will not get perfect attendance days for this holiday season. If this is the case, I'll bet you half the store will call out the Saturday before Christmas, the busiest day of the year for us! Has it been confirmed???

Our SSA's came out of the woodwork this week. These newly promoted associates have less than 6 months with Macy's. I heard they picked them because they haven't been "tainted".

In my store associates moving to FJ, got a $1 an hour increase plus 1% commission. There are NO perfect attendance days this year. We were told for sure this morning.

Just remember everyone, they are just as capable of throwing you under the bus as regular managers are.

Macy's is so stupid.

Once the people in my store find out that there are no perfect attendance days this year, they will be calling out. Nobody will probably show up the weekend before Christmas. If I didn't need the money so badly, neither would I.

I can tell you for a fact that people called out on Black Friday. Also, I found out there are no extra hours during Friends and Family. Looks like Federated-Macy's is really becoming The Grinch.
