In the mean time actual theives employees or not are robbing the place blind.
But this is one of things that happens in a store when you load them up with company enforcers and not actual managers. This isn't the first or last time this will happen on SHLD property as well. Pathetic... |

In our Kmart, we had a new LP come in. He was amazed when he walked into the area with the fitting rooms and found cameras pointing into the changing rooms. He was with the head LP for the district and both of them almost had a fit. He informed the store manager that that would never do, someone would get sued if the ladies changing there found out they were being taped. those cameras got pulled and moved really quick.
For a long time our employee lounge was bugged by our manager who listened to what the employees were saying off the clock. She had a whole cabinet of those tapes until one day the lost prevention manager for the district came in and spotted the wires running from the bugs. The manager got a good lecture on invasion of privacy, the fact Walmart got sued for shenighans like that and that the lp manager better not come back in to find that lounge wired again. Most of us knew at the time the lounge was bugged so we gave that manager an earful every chance we got. They have upgraded now with the Store manager now sending in his wife to listen on the sales floor and report back to him. That went on until most of the employees started to recognize her and what was going on. Now I think he sends his friends in to do his dirty work. If he would ask most of us would tell him what we think of him. of course we would probably get fired but I for one would be happy to walk after giving this man my honest opinion of him and his let me be your "daddy" attitude since you employees just happen to be stupid white B*****. I'm glad he recognizes talent when he sees it.
