We haven't gotten any guidelines from HR to date. All we know is that a manager has to OK all purchases. Does not include EDV's. So if I shop at another location (which has Style&Co. for mom) I have to get rung up and OK'd by their managers.
Is this BS or what?? |
Our managers gave us the okay to empower ourselves in making the appropriate decisions on what's considered "work" apparel. Pretty adult of them, I thought. The nice thing is that this is the first time that I remember women's shoes included in the event -- flats, heels, dress boots -- in any color. The girls are giddy... |
You mean your managers treat you like adults? How rare! Our GSM said any shoes will do, but no athletic shoes (Ed Hardy). Boo! My toes bring a "splash" of color!

That could be scarey in my store. People do not know how to dress professinally.
It's nice that shoes are included, and shoes can be any color!

PROFESSIONALLY! Sorry, guys. Didn't realize that I had written that.
Anyway, Polli, I think that what you are talking about is perfectly fine. Just as long as your top is black, that is all that matters in the whole world.
