How's that program working in short staffed stores? Most of our departments only have one person scheduled at a time and then they're expected to cover their department at the same time.
I feel like I'm at Walmart now.

No greeter in our store. We only have one person scheduled in many of our departments for their entire shift. We just have to cover our department and make arrangements with the nearby department to cover our lunch then we cover theirs. Not too difficult to figure out that customer service may suffer at times. We do well on our customer focused so I guess we are just used to working lean.
