At some point, everyone in government needs to be removed and we start completely over. Everyone gets the same amount of money, no donations allowed, nothing. Now, go try and get elected based on your merits and deeds.

I know, pipe dream.

But a pipe dream I keep pushing for. Vote every one of the fat cats out and start from scratch. Want to bet that election would be invalidated in a heartbeat?

One set of rules for the sheep, and a different plan for CONgress. We really need to vote these elites out of office!

Both side of the aisle? I don't see to much difference in the major political parties anymore. Neather have the best interest of the American People in their hearts. Bailouts for the banks that caused the problem working through the Government sponsored agencies. Fannie and freddie, aig and the rating agents. Car companies, insurance companies, banks and unions controled by the Federal Government. Social security is broke, medicare is broke. They call them intitlements. I say we PAID for these in our payroll deductions, they stole the money and now they want to control healthcare? In answer to your question... YES we need to vote them all out.

I agree with you. Thatv was why I asked.

As long as we look at this as the extreme left versus the extreme right, the people in the middle are doomed to be screwed. A rich Liberal with his hand in your pocket is no different than a rich Conservative with his hand in your pocket.

Both sides use this whole damned right versus left, Liberal versus Conservative, Democrat versus Republican thing to keep people polarized and at each others throats while they go about their real business, which is getting their hands on as much of this country's GDP as they possibly can.
