Net Before Tax
This has to deal with the bonus for the SM...not sure about zm and admin and ops.
There's a range I think of .85 to 1.05 or something like that. I thought it was something of small bonus if sales were flat. No bonus if they were lower...very significant if it's higher.
all other things for sm's pale in compairson to this one.

NBT is one of the benchmarks used in figuring upper management bonuses, as well as sales performance to budget. It actually is the profit line of a business, whats left over after all expenses are subtracted from all income. The 2 main focuses normally are Payroll and margin, but a lot of other things can help out, like watching the utilities. Due file reversal, in a month with a big gain, can really pump the numbers too, but usually it ebbs and flows so a one time gain normally means a loss down the road.
