BUT, when you've got Carl Rove calling Pelosi "damaged goods"......... And people are listening........ oh. my. God. We are waaaaaaaaay up the creek with no paddle.

Agreed. many's the time I've threatened to move up to Pelosi's district just so I could vote against her but watching these people try to divert attention from the actual core issues by playing stupid games about who knew what when is ludicrous and old Turdblossom is probably the most ludicrous of them all.
Karl... it doesn't fricking MATTER whether Pelosi knew you were waterboarding or not. That is in no way the issue here. This constant yip yap about whether she knew about it or not has no bearing on anything and is stupid on the face of it. Let me explain it for ya, Mr. Machiavelli Mastermind. She can NOT be "damaged goods" for knowing you guys were perpetrating a crime, IF YOU GUYS WEREN'T PERPETRATING A CRIME! Get it Karl? You can't claim on the one hand that you guys weren't doing anything wrong and then condemn someone else because they knew you were doing something wrong and didn't do anything about it at the time. Oh I know, your redneck base is going to buy that meme but face it Karl... if the world ran according to even the simplest of logic... you'd be teaching 7th grade social studies somewhere and the rest of us would never have even heard of Karl Rove. Typical political logic. First say that we weren't doing anything wrong, then say that someone else is lying about knowing of your illegal activities? Huh? So, he did nothing wrong, but someone else is wrong for lying about knowing what he was doing was wrong?
I can't stand Pelosi, but the circular logic amazes me, and these people I think really believe what they tell themselves. Say it enough and it becomes truth I guess. |

Bob Graham attempted SEVERAL times to bring to light the vulgar lies put forth by the CIA and Cheney. He was shoved under the rug. We heard alot about it here locally in Florida, but for some reason, it never really made it to national news.
