For fairness in the work places in the Dollar General Chain,contact your elected officials and ask them to support the "Employee Free Choice Act." The EFCA makes it easier for employees to form or join a union without fear or intimidation from managers and supervisors. Google the EFCA and check it out. This Act has passed in the U.S. House of Representatives and is being considered in the U.S.Senate. Union membership is up after years of decline.
