I want our rotating weekends back, what is wrong with this company that they would rather see us miserable than give us some sort of set schedule to go by...then they would'nt have as many call-offs and make thier so called hours for the week ...we may even be more friendly to our customers...wake up...

They would rather have us quit so they can hire part-timers to replace full-time. They still haven't fixed my schedule. Went from 4 days to 5 days; not my request.

we have rotating schedules for part and full timers. of course a big sale ruins the whole rotation.......sigh........
i too have been scheduled more than the other part time (day) person in a different area but same dept. how come i get long full days on saturday and she gets a 4 or 5 hour shift? and then they put me on 5 days in a row to boot. not her . she called out today and guess what? i may do the same the next long weekend coming up. there will be loads of people to cover anyway.
