Hello,
Months since HD layed off all their HR Managers and created a new multi-store HR Management Team, have you guys that work at HD been positively or negativley affected by that change? |

I just thought the HR was bad when we had one in the store. Now we have a district HR that comes in one or two days a week. She has proven to be useless at resolving issues or being a go between for the SM and associates. Absolutely useless!!! As is the aware line. When the HR did nothing about an associate being threatened by a co-worker, we all called the aware line, nothing happened with that either. A year later the same associate who threatened the other one was fired for theft. If they had fired her for the threat, they would have saved HD some money.
