| Just wondering how everyone's stores are doing with TFS? We started out like gangbusters and for the past several weeks we have been doing terribly. Just curious if everyone is finding this. I don't think customers want to spend the extra money even if they are getting 10%. I am sick of hearing about it at every meeting! | |

We actually had to convince a lady to sign up because he spent over $800 in the children's department. With some arm twisting, she did. What ever it takes to get $5! |

We made goal a couple weeks ago.
Thankfully, the hysteria's subsided for a while. Like, until the next Macy's "charity" project. Which should be incoming in 5 4 3 2... |

i actually folded and started opening up LOTS of TFS...i mean lots....what the hay ? we gave each customer $25 off on their purchase right away so it didn't cost em anything. lots of those sales were NOT $75 or more...the managers said just do it manually. the store was in a challenge and we done good !! now i don't bother. no one cares about the 10% now, they all just want $$$$ off. anyway, i only opened em cuz i'm on a shopping roll. i can't believe the deals i'm getting with macy money, GREAT sales,a nd extra discounts (LIKE friends and enemies discount). i'm getting fabulous sweaters and stuff for under $10. thanks macy's. heh.
