I used to work at Wal-Mart several years ago. I know all to well how "people" act during the Blitz Sales.
The last store I worked with Wal-Mart was at a Super Center and the night before, around 9PM, we had cusotmers waiting in the Snack Bar area until the good sales started.
While the pallets of merchandise was being pulled out, wrapped in black plastic, customers began ripping the plastic off and getting the merchandise while the pallet was still moving. They didn't even have the common sense and/or courtesy to wait until the pallets were placed on the sales floor. My wife also had worked at Wal-Mart, so we both have got some great "war stories".
Of course now I'm at Lowe's and while the day after Thanksgiving is still crazy, it is nothing like what happens at Wal-Mart!

Lowes started selling its super friday stuff about a week before the actual sale. As with most stores, Lowes has a price guarantee and people can come back and get the difference. Funny thing, we still had people running through the doors and aisles to get some of the deals on friday. Talk about looking stupid! We laughed as the 30 or so people scrambled towards the sale items because we had about 10 pallets of each item waiting for them.
