I've known a few that have worked at Target...one was a LP..another a team lead? not sure if that's the right term
anyway look at this

OK now it shows all of these college majors...but yet none of this applies...
click on these and you'll see the SAME people! No one has 22 bachlor degrees...
So what is the point of asking for people with a degree then?

It doesn't matter what your BS is in to work at Target. I am a Senior Team Lead and my BS is in Computer Information Science.

I understand what you are saying however how can they make the claim that ALL degrees would be relevant?
Also what would the pay ranges be given that it's retail? I can't see a retailer paying the same wages that would warrent in the field.

Yep, we all know that there is a lot of "BS" when you work in retail...
No, actually the Target in my area seems to have some really good people working there and we all know that that is something you don't find everyday!
