What do you have to do to be considered for ETL interviews. I have been with Target for 1 year now. From what I hear, Target is not one for promoting from within. I hear Target likes to recruit college grads rather than an experienced team member. What do you think?

I know Target recruits heavily on my college campus and many others. Target has their own private interviewing room in my campus career center.
My cousin who is a front end team leader at Target told me that ETLs must have a 4 year college degree. So if you want to be an ETL, I strongly suggest you get in contact with corporate's college recruiting office.
