That's disturbing!
I can understand repercussions for any outright offensive remarks or spilling company secrets, or anything that can be construed as violation of the company policy on employee conduct.
But it's kind of a gray area on general discussion -- and humorous digs at the company -- on whether or not it's bad enough for disciplinary action, don't you think? I'm sure no one on this blog means to offend. I know I don't.
What about anonymous postings (with no specific identification on the commentor) on a blog like this?
I suppose it's a good warning to think before posting...
Thanks, fashion, for the paranoia.

Possibly. Your company is sending them as a form of anthrax to your computer as revenge for talking crap about them!

I am proud to say that 2 and 1/2 years after I bought my MAC, I have never had any serious issues! Never had a virus, never a pop up! I love my MAC!
Now PC is it true that your problems are so bad that you can no longer refer to your operating system?
I LOVE the MAC commercials with MAC and PC! They are always so funny!

Would love to but I'm an on line gamer and alot of MAC's are not compatible with PC's. Hopefully games like World of Warcraft will market more toward the MAC.

It's not in education or retail. Must be if you work for AIG or run for vice president.

More than likely Elementary Administration - it's an amazing pay raise to have a masters. I have looked at several degrees and it seems like it would match what I want the most.
I am not going to get my EDS though, I will skip straight to PHD if I decide to go. It's only 2 extra classes and a larger paper at the end to skip your EDS and go to PHD. Plus, the raise to become DR. FriendofMacy is significant enough to warrant the outrageous expense of the degrees.

I got an email today from Macy's saying that I was not qualified for a full-time position that I had applied for. So, what do they think I did for them for 12 years? I guess I am underqualified, while being overqualified. Strange. I still have not heard from Sears, and don't expect to.

Not qualified to work for Macy's? Wow...that's pretty bad. You are living, aren't you? And do you speak English at least 1% of the time? How about your wadrobe...do you own lots of black clothing?
I bet I know what it was...on the line that said would you like to be paid in real money or macy money, you must have checked the box next to real money. Big mistake.

You need to call them and ask why you were qualified for 12 years! That is ridiculous! Just another reason for me to hate this company! Maycylady could be right tho, you weren't expecting to be paid, were you?
