Great! Afterall; where would Agent99 be without her Agent86, and vice-versa.
Sure is good to see everyone together again. I forgot to thank Kanaka and slek and all the others who made this possible. Here's a big thumbs up for all involved. !!

Hi Still There. We are going to get our Lead IP job back. We are so far behind in mark downs. At least 7-8 days. What do you think about the pink/blue ticket markdowns. Those big signs remind me of a thrift store.

Hi Big Red! There aren't enough bodies in my dept to get all the work done! They can allow as many hours as they want, but if there's no one there to do the job, it's pretty hard to get the job done. The markdown pcns are piling up. The company must think we are all superhumans. Hoffman needs to come to the store and change the prices on hundreds and hundreds of pairs of jeans in one day and see how long it actually takes! (And mens socks and dress shirts, too.) Much less move on to two, three, four and five other departments like the calender expects. Give me a break! And the pink and blue thing? Confusing but we'll get used to it. 20% pink 30% blue. I don't know when we'll really catch up. We are a crammed tight high volume large store. Look at the pcn hours for week three of July....

You never know. They sent the district ism manager in to the stores in our district to do ad setups. It was quite an eye opener for them. She could not believe the amount of signs that had to be requested after we had put up the signs we were given. Finally it seemed like they might be hearing us.

This is fantastic!! This is what we need more of. Send these Hoffmanites out to the stores on a typical day with no warning to the stores, and let them work a department all day long. They need to get out of Hoffman and get into the stores and put themselves in our shoes.
They would have a real eye-opener if they would come down from the ivory tower and see what it is really like to do our jobs.
I hope we see a lot more of this happening. This is progress. Now they need to send someone, preferably a dgm to the Hub Office and let them work it for 8 hours by themselves like we have to do. Let them answer the 4 to 5 phones that ring non-stop with customer complaints and problems and they would really get an ear-full.
And while they are answering all the phones, let them also do the deposit, make change and loans, make signs, help with merchandise pick-up and try to make announcements every 15 minutes about the "wonderful" sales we have in our store today.
Oh yeah, and they mustn't forget to do their 49 hours of online e-learning in their "spare time"; since we are not given any hours for training in the Hub.
Just don't even get me started! I don't mind doing my job. In fact, I could even enjoy doing it if I had the hours to do it in.
Hoffman, listen up.......96 hours a week is NOT ENOUGH !!!
AAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
